Philipp Lahm has issued a plea to FC Barcelona to sign him by revealing that he dreams of moving to Camp Nou before he is too old to have the chance.
The German international full-back will not be popular with his Bayern Munich bosses after stating that he has a strong desire to leave the club for a 'big foreign club'.
"I would love to continue my career with Barça because, like Chelsea or Real Madrid, is a team that allows you to grow," he told Bild.
"I am 24 very soon now and I think that an ideal age to join a big foreign club is when you are 25 or 26. When you are 29 it it maybe too late."
