  Spurs boss Juande Ramos has also warned Tom Huddlestone to lose weight if he wants to play.
  
  The midfielder is in the squad for the UEFA Cup tie again Hapoel Tel Aviv, but was left out against Blackpool in the Carling Cup and against Middlesbrough last weekend.
  
  Ramos, acting on the advice of the club's new fitness coach Marcos Alvarez, sent Huddlestone to Walsall on Monday to play in the reserves' 3-1 defeat by Aston Villa.
