FIFA president Sepp Blatter has expressed support for the idea of imposing a transfer window on managers to restrict them from between clubs at will.
The great man is unhappy with the way Juande Ramos recently left Sevilla to join Tottenham Hotspur, and also with Ronald Koeman's sudden departure from PSV Eindhoven to Valencia.
Blatter believes managers should be subject to the same restrictions that apply to the movement of players, who can only change clubs in January and during the summer.
"We will try to extend the rule that is valid for players to coaches," Blatter told the Daily Telegraph.
A similar idea was proposed by Stuart Pearce when he was manager of Manchester City last season, although Pearce's motivation was to prevent managers from being sacked outside of an agreed window.
Poor Pearce lost his job at the end of the campaign.
