Tottenham boss Juande Ramos is ready to spend big to land Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas. Spanish newspaper El Mundo reports today that Spurs have drawn up a financial package for Casillas worth £4million-a-year and are prepared to make the Spaniard the second most expensive keeper in the game with a bid of £25 million.
Only Juventus No.1 Gigi Buffon has switched clubs for more money.
Tottenham's contract offer is a clear £1.5 million-a-year more than what Casillas earns at Real. The Spain international is the second highest earner at Madrid behind club captain Raul.
It has emerged today that a rift between Casillas and senior teammates is developing at Real, which could hasten his exit to the Premiership. -

Buffon when on-form is better than him but Buffon's can go mad sometimes but Casillas has helped RM and Spain won matches before -
