if u ask me, i will have to say man utd.
because 95% of my friends are man utd fans, and i can't stand their boasting and despising of other teams, like when i told them i supported chelsea back in 2000, they dismissed me straight away and told me that i would be better of changing teams.
As it was only Arsenal and Man utd at that time, and i didn't like how they always pick on the other Arsenal fan as he was their main rival at that time.
Thankfully they've grown to respect Chelsea as a force to be reckoned with now and probably more mature with their comments on other's choice of clubs. -

In singapore and probably the whole world, there are too many manutd fans so being the majority, they tend to exert the loudest voice and hence, they are often associated to being the most arrognant team.

Depend on yr age, Pool fans r mostly start from 70's to 80's. Arsenal fan r those really play soccer and appreciate their style, Chelsea only start 3yr ago which means b4 2004/5 they r no where just like spur/Newcaslt fans.
Man U fan can be start from 60's which I think many here r not born yet- G.Best time. Those start 92 till now, especially S'pore pool start legal betting, there is way many manU fan start cos they win alot from them. If u support them just b'cos u win $$ on betting, I dun call u as a real soccer fan, infact a gambler.
There maybe some Blackburn fans cos during 94/5 they win the title, and back then Shearer /Sutton r really very good.
If u r arrogant becos u can play like them ,I respect u. -
Another thing, if u do play soccer, do look around c how many ppl wearing ManU jersy who can play very well? If yes ,many, means they r true fans.

young pool fans usually influenced by their dads (who supported pool during their european days)
i see it to be the younger fans (16 and below) who tend to be more arrogant since it might be the first time they're supporting a club or something. -

aiyo y liddat man utd fans and pool fans cannot xiang qing xiang ai like mine. true fans wished the opposing teams good luck too. see today straits times pool fans and man utd fans in sg nearly fight coz of only some remarks. lol kids! of coz a lot of drama mama in sgforums too

My opinion is that Man Utd fans are the worse of the lot, saw Sunday Times? still got heated argument somemore, boasting and celebrating in front of hosting fans face.. Liverpool fans are still ok, we Arsenal fans are a friendly bunch especially at the Liz if u come over, we would only chant some songs at u.
hardly see any chelsea fans b4 but they are rather quiet in our turf.
