Portuguese super-agent Jorge Mendes, who represents the Winger, has hinted at a possible move to England.
In declarations to Portuguese sports daily 'Record' he stated, “Italian clubs don’t have the money to sign him. Right now there exists a direct line between Portugal and England.”
A move to Chelsea or Liverpool is supposedly on the cards, and the comments made by Mendes will only add fuel to the fire, and will guarantee that the rumour mill will intensify.
