Moyes: £25m if you want to land Arteta

David Moyes has put a £25million price tag on Mikel Arteta to scare off Valencia, according to the Daily Mirror. The Primera Liga outfit have already had a £15m bid thrown out and Toffees manager Moyes admitted he would be reluctant to sell the 25-year-old Spanish midfielder even for £25m.
Valencia sporting director Miguel Angel Ruiz said: "The sort of money Everton wanted was impossible for us and showed that they are not interested in any sort of deal."
And Arteta's agent Inaki Ibanez added: "I am aware of the interest but any deal is down to Everton and whether they want to sell. "But the player is also very happy and does not want to leave England." -

Well, the price is set by the club who is not very keen to lose him so if there is a taker, then he is worth that amount...
