Tottenham assistant manager Gus Poyet promised changes following the 2-1 defeat to Aston Villa.
Spurs battled back after Olof Mellberg's opener and Jermain Defoe equalised 11 minutes from time, but Martin Laursen headed home a late winner for Villa.
Both Villa's goals came from set-pieces and Poyet admitted he was becoming increasingly infuriated by Spurs' defensive inadequacies.
Poyet has now warned the Tottenham players that he and manager Juande Ramos are not prepared to tolerate such poor performances any more.
He told the website: "There are going to be changes for sure. We conceded two goals from set-pieces again.
"It's not about individuals because it is a different player each time. It has become a team problem.
"The word from today is we have had enough.
"We were lucky to only be 1-0 down at half-time and it was a great effort from the players to get back into the game.
"We came back like we normally do but as soon as it was a corner, we panicked."
