  Singapore coach Radojko Avramovic has named his provisional 22-man squad ahead of the 2010 World Cup Qualifying match against Saudi Arabia in Riyadh.
  
  Goalkeepers: Jasper Chan, Hassan Sunny, Lionel Lewis
  
  Defenders: Baihakki Khaizan, Daniel Bennett, Precious Emuejeraye, Ismail Yunos, Juma'at Jantan, Sevki Sha'ban, Mohamed Noh Rahman
  
  Midfielders: Hariss Harun, John Wilkinson, Isa Halim, Shahril Ishak, Ridhuan Muhamad, Mustafic Fahrudin, Shi Jiayi

  Some of the names are still new to me..like Shevski Sha'aban..Walau got this type of name summore I thought he was an FT from Uzbekistan until I saw the bin in the middle of his two names. Is he a good defender?

  Baihakki Khaizan, Daniel Bennett, Precious Emuejeraye are very good defenders. Unfortunately. they appear quite sluggish at times. Hope they dont sleep against saudis or a 3-nil loss away is highly possible.

  The Saudis are also playing 4-4-2 .I dont think Singapore can match them in the Battle of Midfield but their defence line is not really good so I hope Singapore has players that can shoot from far just to shake some nerves.It will be interesting to see what new set pieces the Lions have in store for this match.
