who should b the next newcastle manager?

in ur opinion, who do u tink should b the next newcastle manager?
a number of names i can tink of,
- Marcello Lippi (one of the best tactician around)
- Harry Redknapp (no pls)
- Alan Shearer (the prodigal son)
- Martin Jol aka Grim Face
- Mark Hughes aka Sparky
- Terry Venables
- Jose Mourinho aka The Special One
- Louis Van Gaal
- Gerard Hou let the dogs out
- King Kev (need i say more?)
- Jurgen Klinsmann (grabbed by Bayern Munich liao)
- Steve McLown
- Tohari Paijan (since he always talk so much football)
- John Dykes (i tink he cant do any worse den Souness)
- Guus Hiddink (tremendous international experience)
- Other (Who?) -

Doom for Newcastle, whoever they hire also CMI. It's the director who r making mistake.

1 think for sure, that person have to be experienced, so shearer is out. if newcastle is ambitious, then they should go continental (like spurs going for juande ramos). the last thing in that new manager cv have to be : "well likened by the fans".
the job could be landed to billy davies, steve mcclaren, jose mourinhno, lippi or watever. but he is not liked by us (magpies fan), any failure will not be tolerated.
i thought its time newcastle go for proven continental managers. martin jol will be a realistic choice, but who wouldn't like louis van gaal, lippi or jose? -

you need another russian tycoon to buy over and inject maybe $300m into it..
then can challenge.. -

Lippi may stablise the defence with his tactical knowledge but in the process may sacrifice the attractive football we r known for.
we r the type who rather lose 4-5 den win 1-0.
