Kanoute: Come & get me, Spurs

FREDI KANOUTE last night told Tottenham: Come and get me.
The Seville striker admits he would consider rejoining Spurs — and Juande Ramos — if they make him an offer he cannot refuse.
Boss Ramos has told striker Jermain Defoe he can leave, paving the way for £17million-rated Kanoute’s possible arrival.
And the Mali hitman, 30, said: “I would like to play in the Premier League again one day — who knows?
“I had a good time there so why not? If the opportunity comes I’d look into it.
“At the moment I am happy in Spain but if Tottenham offer me a great opportunity then I would consider it. Let’s wait and see.”
Kanoute managed 21 goals during a two-year spell at Spurs before leaving in 2005 for Seville, where he won the UEFA Cup twice under Ramos.
He is now one of the most feared hitmen in Europe but insists he still has more to offer.
He added: “I’ve probably improved since I went to Spain but I feel there are parts of my game that can get better.
“I have scored more goals in Spain than I did in England.”

Another striker? Spurs don't need anymore strikers, they need defenders.
