Need help for some soccer trivia

  Last year there was this case:
  
  Team A and Team B are soccer rivals.
  
  Team B is playing Team C (a supposed soccer minnow team).
  
  For Team A to qualify (or win the championship.. i seriously can't remember), Team C has to stop Team B from winning.
  
  If Team B wins, they qualify (or win the championship).
  
  So Team A offered to pay Team C, to motivate them to win.
  
  Thus, there was a big hoo-ha as to whether this is a form of match-fixing.
  
  Somehow i have this inkling it was involving Barca and Real when they were fighting for last year's Primera Liga.
  
  Can anyone confirm that? I need the info rather urgently. Thx lotsa.

  It came out in the news before, i just cant remember the teams involved.
