SINGAPORE : Singapore and Tampines Rovers striker Noh Alam Shah has applied for leave to appeal against his 12—month ban by the FAS Disciplinary Committee.
The sentence was imposed last December for acting violently in a match against SAF FC’s Daniel Bennett, match referee Abas Daud and FAS photographer Aundry Gan.
The leave to appeal is filed three months into his 12—month suspension from all FAS—sanctioned matches.
Despite securing a playing contract with Malaysian Super League side Polis Di—Raja Malaysia (PDRM), he has been informed by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM), with FIFA’s endorsement, that he could not be registered in Malaysia until his 12—month ban is served.
FAS has informed FIFA of Alam Shah’s application.
wah..wait so long then come and appeal now?? O.o sounds fishy...
now then appeal? ![]()
I think FAS will pity him and cut his ban to 3 or 6 months from the appeal... Actually i think FAS wasn't aware that when they ban him he wouldn't be allow to play elsewhere as well... I think they only wanted to ban him from the S League as a punishment but turn out everywhre also cannot play...
