Didier Drogba had a furious dressing-room row with Henk ten Cate after being left fuming at bungling Chelsea boss Avram Grant.
Angry Drogba shouted at assistant boss Steve Clarke, "What was he doing?" as he left the pitch in a rage at Grant after Chelsea blew the chance to make up ground in the Premier League title race by drawing at Tottenham.
Drogba then carried on his rant into the dressing room as he confronted Dutch coach ten Cate.
The Chelsea players were left dumbfounded by Grant's tactics as they lost the lead four times at White Hart Lane.
It will pile further pressure on beleaguered manager Grant who angered senior players with his bizarre substitutions at White Hart Lane in a game which could end up costing them their Premier League title hopes.
Grant took off man-of-the-match Joe Cole and also brought on defender Alex to switch to a three-man defence - even though Chelsea had never used that system before.
The Blues must now beat Arsenal on Sunday otherwise they can virtually kiss their hopes goodbye.

can't blame Drogba... i was somewhat dumbfounded by his substitution...reminded me of their 'tinker man' manager who also used to tinker with the substitution and made a mess that cost them their league match... hint** the manager before Jose... xD
but then the fourth goal conceded wasn;t totally grants fault... blame it on cava..if u must..
