
The Nigerian forward admits he is still committed to the Tyneside club, but is growing ever more frustrated by his failure to hold down a regular position in Kevin Keegan’s team.

Michael Owen and Mark Viduka were both starters and both got themselves on the scoresheet. The Nigerian international has now confessed that he may have to consider his future at St. James’ Park should the current situation continue.
"I am not the kind of player that will stay at the club without playing because I want to play" he said.
"I really, really want to play. I really, really want to help the team by scoring goals so, if I am not playing; it's a little bit difficult for me."
