Out-of-favour goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel admits he will hold talks with Sven-Goran Eriksson this summer - and may leave Manchester City.
The Danish stopper started the season as City's first choice before losing his place in the team to fellow youngster Joe Hart.
Schmeichel has since been out on loan at Cardiff City and is currently enjoying his second stint in the Championship this season with Coventry City.
He wants to play first-team football on a weekly basis and concedes he will have to speak to City boss Sven-Goran Eriksson at the end of the season.
"I am going to have a word with City to see what is going on," Schmeichel told The Sun. "It might be that I will have to leave because Joe Hart is playing brilliantly and it is not the best for me.
"It's no fun when you are training and preparing for a game all week, then you warm up before the match and just sit there on the bench.
"I have three years left on my contract, but I have a buy-out clause if the worst does come to the worst.
"If I don't think there is any chance at all for me at City then I might have to look at something else."
aww.....hope he ends up somewhere better.
Hart is really good, i think kasper should move to another lower club for the moment.
