  As a Liverpool fan, I say Yes.

   

  But in reality, it could have gone either way. If this was a penalty, then by right, last week;s foul on Hleb should be on as both fouls really looked similar. But that is how soccer and refereeing decisions go. We can whine all day but there will be times you get lucky and sometimes u just ran out of it. Liverpool suffers from that too! Every team will so I guess life just goes on

  For me its Yes.

   

  As a non fan of Pool and Gunners, I say yeah it was a penalty... This referee got it right unlike the referee in the first leg. 

  Reason being Ryan Babel was at full speed going into the box area and he seem to have been hit or push from the back by Toure... Though little but at that speed he was going, a little nudge would make him lose his balance. Therefore i feel a penalty was the right decision.
