Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp is sure Cardiff City teenage wonderkid Aaron Ramsey is destined for the Premier League's top four.
Redknapp's chief scout Stuart Morgan, added that Welsh playmaker Ramsey could bank the Bluebirds £10m. "Ramsey is a terrific talent and I think he'll go on and probably play for Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal or Chelsea," said Redknapp.
Morgan added: "Ramsey has the potential to be worth £10m." Ramsey and fellow highly-rated midfield team-mate Joe Ledley have been linked to a big money summer moves to the Premier League.
Redknapp has had both Cardiff stars watched by his extensive scouting network this season but he'll see them both up close when his Portsmouth showdown with the Welshmen in Saturday's FA Cup final.
Redknapp's respected Welsh scout Morgan said: ""If Ramsey progresses, becomes an established full international and the team he signs for - Arsenal or whoever - goes on to win trophies, with the incentives I wouldn't say £10m is too much money at all.
Ramsey has only played a handful of first-team games for Cardiff. But his superstar team-mates Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and Robbie Fowler both insist the 17-year-old sensation has the quality to play in the top-flight.
Cardiff have already rejected a bid from Champions League semi-finalists Liverpool for the young star while Arsenal and Manchester United are also tracking his impressive progress with a view to a bumper swoop.
"I have recommended Ramsey and Ledley to Harry," said Morgan. "But they are players every club in the Premier League is talking about, not just us at Portsmouth."
