Deco to leave Barcelona

  Barcelona midfielder Deco has revealed that he will not play for the Blaugranas next season. The Portugal international, who has been criticised this season for his lack of fitness, commitment and busy night life, does not feel happy at Camp Nou and has declared he will move to The Premier League or Serie A.

  The midfielder has revealed during a promotional event that his agent Jorge Mendes has been contacted by Barca’s directors and they have told him he is free to speak to possible suitors.

  “I will go to England or Italy, for sure,” he was quoted in El Mundo. “I will not stay in Spain because the only club that have Barca’s level are Real Madrid and I will never go there.”
