The German giants are on the first leg of an Asian tour which also sees them visit India.
Soon-to-be retired goalkeeper Oliver Kahn is looking forward to the match.
"I had no idea that we have so many fans in Indonesia, especially Bayern fans. It surprises me that we have met so many enthusiastic fans since our arrival at the airport," Kahn said.
"We promise to entertain the football fans in Indonesia. This can be a good learning experience for the Indonesian national team."
The 38 year-old has no plans to follow in Roger Milla’s footsteps and play in the Indonesian league.
"I would like to retire and forget about football. I have been on the field for too long. Now I would like to do things other than football."
"I would like to rest first, be on television (as a commentator) and assist the German national team."
Boss Ottmar Hitzfeld echoed the goalkeeper’s remarks.
"I believe that this match will be tight and interesting. Chances are high that this match will end in a draw, perhaps 3-3 or 4-4,” Hitzfeld said.
"We will have lots of young players in this match. I believe they can play their best. I am delighted to be here and I thank the fans for their warm reception."
