Mourinho will almost certainly become the new coach of Inter following
the sacking of Roberto Mancini on Tuesday, and he could be unveiled as
early as next week.
The 45-year-old is widely regarded as one
of, if not, the best manager in world, and he is famously referred to
as the 'Special One', a name that he coined himself when he took over
at Chelsea.
"The story of the 'Special One' has stuck, and that's not a bad thing," Mourinho told Jornal de Negocios.
"But I am not at all special. I think of myself as a great football manager, that's all.
"I only have strengths. And when I have a weakness I try to hide it.
"I see myself as a person who is emotionally resilient and
capable of adapting to difficult situations, rather than someone who is
very intelligent."
Mourinho
has an envious managerial record having won two Portuguese
championships, two Premier League titles, a UEFA Cup and a Champions
League crown, among a host of other honours.
hes great, hes da man
lets just hope AC Milan or Roma or Juventus can stick them head up and be counted next season, IMHO, its not that Inter had been strong in the league over the past couple of seasons just that the rest of the field was surprisingly lousy
Errr... is he already trying to downgrade himself from the "Special One" to a Great Manager?
I think it could be just in case he fail to retain the Serie A title for Inter which Mancini (Seen as nothing Special) has won 3 in a row...
But shouldn't be too difficult to be fair... cos he has a big squad and a big transfer budget as well...

he great of not depend on how u view this achievement.
he is great because
1. he win trophies.
2. he develop players into stars such as jole cole, john terry, frank lampard who flourish under him.
he is not so great
1. because in chelsea he inherited a squad who are already quite strong.
2. he fail to utilise the likes of crespo, shevchenko and many other flops signing he make. such as SWP, jarosik, sidwell, bein heim, crespo.
