Tottenham have won the race to sign Belgian starlet Paul-Jose Mpoku.
The 16-year-old striker spent time on trial at White Hart Lane last season, but was also being tracked by a host of clubs including Manchester United.
However, Spurs have now sealed a deal with Mpoku's current club Standard Liege.
Mpoku is reported to have agreed a four-year deal and will link up with the north London club for pre-season training.
"Paul-Jose will play for Spurs' Under-17 team and live with a host family," a Liege spokesman told the Sunday Mirror.
