Schweinsteiger Reveals Premier League Interest

  Germany winger Bastian Schweinsteiger is interested in a move to the Premier League, according to the Sunday Mail.Schweinsteiger has been at Bayern Munich since 2002, and had made over 150 appearances for the German champions. However, the 23-year-old has revealed that he would be tempted by a move England.

  He told The Sunday Mail: "I may stay with Bayern and the coach has promised to be supportive of whatever decision I make.

  "England does have a good appeal as it is one of the world's best leagues. I've always wanted to play there and we'll see if it happens this year."

  ‘Schweini’ has just one year remaining on his current Bayern contract, and new manager Jurgen Klinsmann is reportedly keen on tying the player to a long term deal.

  just hope he doesnt go commiting fouls and gets red carded when his team needs him (thinks back to drogba's red card in the CL07/08 and Schweinsteiger's in EURO)
