Adebayor looks likely to remain in north London.
Milan's interest in the Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor appears to have cooled, leaving Barcelona as his only serious suitor. The Catalan club have already signed Alexander Hleb from Arsenal for an initial £12m but if they cannot find at least another £25m to bid for Adebayor then he looks likely to remain in north London.
The Togolese, who is due to return to training on Monday, has angered Arsenal supporters with his demands for a massive wage hike. Milan had made him their priority summer target but after taking Ronaldinho from Barcelona for £16.7m their vice-president, Adriano Galliani, declared the club's buying to be "finished, absolutely."
Barcelona have also been linked with Real Madrid's Robinho. "It's only logical that a club like Barcelona want Robinho," said his agent, Wagner Ribeiro. Andrei Arshavin, the Zenit St Petersburg midfielder, has restated his "dream" to sign for Barcelona, and the midfielder Gilberto Silva has completed his £1m switch from Arsenal to Panathinaikos.
Don't forget his big promise.....to score many more goals for Arsenal

Actually I won't say it until like that lah... He is good to be fair... If we all agree that Torres is good, then Adebayor isn't too far behind... Afterall, he did scored the same amount of goals with Torres last season, he is quite on par with Torres only thing is he may not be as "colourful" as Torres...
Taking his age into consideration, He is definitely worth $20m to $24m in todays market... I think Wenger would find it quite hard to replace him if he let him go... Barce, well... Arsenal priced him $30 over million so too much already...
footballs fans are like singaporeans voters, have short term memory. once adebayor start scoring many goals, fans will forgive him.
