Arsenal have made a dip in the transfer market by wrapping up a deal for midfielder Amaury Bischoff.
Gunners chief Arsene Wenger has been relatively circumspect in the transfer market, with Bischoff becoming his fourth signing of the summer.
The Portugal Under-21 international has been brought to England from Germany, where he had been playing for Werder Bremen.
The Bundesliga side attempted to tie the 21-year-old to a new deal, but he had set his heart on forging a career in England with Arsenal.
Bischoff has made the trip to Austria to link up with the club on their pre-season tour and it appears the midfielder will be given the chance to stake a claim for a first-team place.
Another young boy... Wenger really man... going for young boys all the time...
wenger transfer policy is "buy cheap buy green".
let see how they perform at emirates cup next week.
I think its more like 'no wrinklies' policy...
Sometimes can't blame those players in their mid 20s to want to leave if someone else want them or they will get left behind when they reach or reaching 30... Not much job security at Arsenal for those at the wrong end of their 20s...
his youngsters putting in the goals so far in the friendlies.. vela and bendtner.. not bad not bad.. wenger is a true master lol.. but its just too bad hes not winning the titles regularly.. unlucky perhaps but nevertheless, unbeaten season under his pocket.. respect respect.. tsk tsk..
