Real Zaragoza goalkeeper Cesar Sanchez says he is looking forward to his proposed move to Tottenham Hotspur.
Cesar, 36, has emerged as a target for Spurs boss Juande Ramos, who is aiming to bring in back-up for first-choice keeper Heurelho Gomes.
Reports in Spain have claimed a deal has already been agreed between the two clubs, with Cesar due in London to undergo a medical on Monday.
The experienced shot-stopper feels a switch to White Hart Lane is more than he could have anticipated at this stage of his career.
"It's a very good team and a priceless opportunity," Cesar told AS.
"Tottenham is the best move that I could expect in the situation, given my age.
"I'm going with the willingness to help and to contribute my experience, then we will see if I play more or less."
