  Chelsea and Arsenal will battle it out to capture the 14-year-old dubbed the 'new Ronaldinho'.

  Arsene Wenger is a huge fan of winger Gerard Deulofeu, who is on Barcelona's books but has yet to sign trainee forms.

  And Sportsmail online understands that Chelsea director of youth development Frank Arnesen is also watching Spain-born Deulofeu.
