  he's good as a MC, but for MC i rather take pirlo, who can dictate plays better. for AMC, i'll take lampard over gerrard because its more clear what lampard's job is. gerrard try to bao ka liao too much i think

  Gerrard is a box to box midfielder so he does abit of everything in Midfield. If i were to choose a Central Midfield partnership from players in the EPL i would actually pick Essien and Fabregas

  actually there isnt anything wrong in telling hes the best. to put it in a nutshell, hes a jack of all trades, while being a master of some. for example, i feel that he has vision and leadership, which most players lack. also, he does have a superb crossing ability and a piledriving free kick. hes also cool and calm and really inspires a team. hes also a extremely versatile mid fielder, seen him play AMF, CMF, once a winger i think. Its a trait i feel no other midfielder in the bpl or maybe the world has. Only thing that gerrard lacks is that he is not a playmaker like xabi. and maybe isnt as fast as cesc or zidane.

  Gerrard is all rounder. Can shoot can defend can inspire.

  But there's no such thing as the best in the world. Football not play 1v1 but 11v11.
