  My own opinion mar. My opinion is that bentley's goal is indeed the best ever premier league goal.

  iirc, Rooney's was voted goal of the season.

  so i guess Bentley stands a good chance plus his was much further out.

  Then I guess he needs to get voted goal of the season first like Ronaldo's free-kick against Portsmouth last season before it can even be in for consideration... The way I see it is, if it can't even be voted goal of the season at the end of this, then how to be greatest ever goal in the premiership?
