Media sources claim that Arsenal goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski will be loaned to Paris Saint Germain in January, but the capital club have denied the rumour.
PSG are looking for a new shot-stopper, following a dreadful start to the season for former France international Mickael Landreau, and Fabianski has emerged as an option.
French daily Le Parisien claim that Arsene Wenger has been contacted by PSG chairman Charles Villeneuve, with whom he enjoys a close relationship, in order to negotiate a loan deal.
But the Parc des Prince club have reacted to the story by stating they are not interested in the Poland international.
The promising Fabianski remains Manuel Almunia’s understudy and is yet to appear in The Premier League this season.
“PSG deny being willing to welcome 23-year-old Arsenal goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski on loan next January, contrary to what Le Parisien announce,” read a statement on the club’s official website.
