Liverpool surrendered their unbeaten record as Harry Redknapp continued his miracle working at Tottenham Hotspur. When Dirk Kuyt scored in the 3rd minute it seemed the Reds were making serene progress. Jamie Carragher could only head into his own net in the 69th minute and then, with the game in injury-time, sub Roman Pavlyuchenko stole on to a Zokora pass to score the winner.
It's just unbeknowned to me. Win a match or two and they're on top of the table. Talk so much and get wtfpwned by a team right on the bottom. It's hilarious and so much like Liverpool to do so.
Rafa's just shown his incosistency again. So much for "The Terminator".
Well, they did beat the league leader last weekend tho... But also lose to the league bottom club this... Like they say, the ball is round... and Pool just went one full round, top and bottom...
Very true lah. Ball round, never know where it'll end up. But it's not surprising to see what has happened, happened. ![]()
ball is round is a crap excuse for many yrs for singapore football.

then you can limp over and become a toffeeman loh.....
as many have pointed out, 10 games dun maketh a season. at least they are still joint top and still in with a sniff.
unless you are a new liverpool fan, you have been `sian' countless times. but at this early of the season, you have have the blues in you.
To be fair, Pool played better but couldn't take their chances... Its always the case, last 15 mins and only leading by a goal... Can get very nervous for any side...
Although my personal view is Pool have indeed improve as a team this season compare to the last few... Not sure why but could be having added Riera to the side and Kuyt's improving form be the reason... I know some Pool fans don't like Kuyt but I find him rather good... and he is very hardworking... He just keeps running and running closing the opponents down and forcing them into mistakes...
I believed this Pool side will be up there all the way until Feb... After that, from Feb to May, its really up to them already to see if they have what it takes to win the title...
