Giggs, need we say much about this legend? you probably had something against ManU to hate him..
Owen wants to move to Real? haven't heard anything about it, but whats it got to do with the depth of the squad?
Nani? he is a young talent, might not get to where Ronaldo is today in the future but who is to know if he can? but being in the reserves or as a sub, ManU does have a pretty good backup.
park ji sung, to me, just like dirt kuyt, very hardworking, but no real threat in attacking.
giggs, very experience, very calm player. this prove fergie is right by knocking on his door of his house just to sign him. (alot of man utd fans donno this huh?, lol, this incident happen alot of years back alr)
owen, i will say he is a good player, a greater one to come in yrs, but the only problem with him is his attitude, fergie once said that he take things too easily, stuffs like trainings, timing to report & others.
nani, i must say he is a talent of ronaldo style of play. but surely, his price tag that fergie paid wasnt right. he worth too much than what he is.
in terms of performances, i would say nani is a cool player, who does things right most of the times, but when things just don go right for him, he'll start firing up. just like rooney's temper.

we're talking about the depth of ManU ain't we? so all those mentioned seems more then capable filling it...
how good Giggs is? just count how many medals he had over the years of playing for ManU and there was a Nike commerical that had him back flicking a ball with the tag line "watch the devil rise from hell".. just like how Ronaldo (Brazilian) commerical was during his Barca days..

they should do ok afterall they had been doing that over the years with ManU, but just that they'll get exposed when teams playing fast running tactics against them, pace had not been the strength of all of them other then Giggs (during his hey day) so it doesn't sounds that bad having afterall...

Remember, they are playing for manchestor united. Ok is never enough for Fergie.
Beckham is 33, Scholes is 34, Keane is 37 and Giggs is 35. Keane would be the biggest worry because he is retired, and at 37, he really cant boss the midfield anymore. Giggs wouldnt be able to last an hour, he would have to be sub after an hour to maintain the pace of the game. Beckham played for LA Galaxy for a couple of years, does he even have the desire to compete in tough matches? Scholes would be decent, but he too cannot last 90 mins for the team to remain effective.
thats all because ManU boast some of the best talent in football hence they can't have 2nd best.. Keane is in the mould of SAF, he wouldn't wanna go into a match knowing he can't be the best.. in a team of their standard, Giggs and Scholes or Beckham would never be able to hold the 1st 11 tag at such age but in a lesser team they would probably still be playing well into their mid 30s without an issue, just like how Terry Sheringham did..
They are already in their mid 30s, especially giggs and keane.![]()
But you are talking about sheringham, he is a special one. Of the four, only Scholes is comparable to him. They are both intelligent footballers, who rely on their positioning to see them through.

funny why you thinking of them playing now..
Only Scholes and Giggs are with the club and they are used sparingly.

cos we are talking about players who are relatively slow as they age.. Sheringham is very slow if you ask me, so is Cantona, and just to highlight, generally, midfielder does have a long life span unlessly you're a winger but they're quite a few wingers who is still pretty decent going into the mid 30s.. Beckham was never a fast pace player, so is Keane and Scholes.. the reason for bring up Sheringham is just because he is consider as a discart from ManU after he aged but willing to play for another team, however, Giggs and Scholes probably wouldn't
I have used 97% of my super duper powers to slow man utd's charge for the epl title. Lets hope it works. Hopefully Newcastle can get something out of the match.
lets hope we see ur hair pink ![]()
squad too old? then what is chelsea? seeing the points now, man u got a very high chance of winning the title. arsenal now should be contented within top 4 to get into nxt year cl. lpool also abit admit that is hard to win. chelsea may win. if hiddink really focus on chelsea.
giggs is a hardcore man u. see how many years he spent in man u. he spent all of his years in man u.
