Sergio Aguero has revealed he would consider following in the footsteps of Fernando Torres, but, before Liverpool's supporters start salivating at the prospect of the Argentine at Anfield, a note of caution.
While Aguero admits he is open to the prospect of a move to The Premier League in the future, the 20-year-old is envisaging a long stay at El Vicente Calderon.
A superb talent linked with all of Europe's top clubs, Aguero remains happy at his club for all of the covetous glances.
Aguero is contracted to Atletico until 2012 and does not expect to terminate the association prematurely.
Aguero told Euro Calcio: "My agents signed a contract with Atletico until 2012 and, since there is also an agreement about my image rights, I think that I'm going to stay in Madrid for a very long time.
"Although I expect to remain a long time at Atletico, in football you never know what is going to happen and I don't discard playing in the Premier League, like Torres."
