Robinho and Drogba in proposed player swap deal

Manchester City boss Mark Hughes is not denying an interest in Chelsea striker Didier Drogba.
Reports indicate that City would swap unsettled Brazilian star Robinho for the Ivory Coast international.
Chelsea actually narrowly missed out on Robinho's signature from Real Madrid, so could make a fresh move for the striker.
However, Hughes has categorically stated Robinho will not be leaving the club anytime soon.
"That's not up for debate," he told Sky Sports News on Robinho's future.
"There's always speculation about our players and players that we don't have. So we're quite used to that at the moment.
"Basically there are stories about every player and every top club in the world at the moment and we're allegedly linked with everybody," he commented on being linked with Drogba.
"Until we actually make bids for players then I really can't discuss other players.
"It's a situation we're trying to keep a lid on but there's so much speculation I shouldn't have to add to it."

robinho for all his flair isn't a proven winner just yet is he?...drogba may be a donkey's rectum but has the guile of a winner...and i think drogba is a more complete player too, he defends and fetches the ball deep...robinho so far hasn't done too many stuff of noteworthy when it comes to wining a game...and also experience counts plenty...just ask wenger, all strut but no bang....

IMHO, i would rather have a fully committed Drogda then Robinho anyday, i'm kinda a big fan of his football skill (only) Robinho should fit in pretty well for Chelsea's manager but whether he is worthy of his prise is another thing, but the way things goes convincing Drogda commit himself back into football might not be as easy as it seems especially if he is to remain in EPL.. but who cares.. its CNY now let those angmos go crack their head while all of us here sit back with a beer and a hongbao and see how things unfolds...
