Forward signs from Sunderland for a reported £2million fee
Blackburn Rovers have confirmed they have completed the signing of El-Hadji Diouf from Sunderland for an undisclosed fee.
Diouf leaves the Black Cats just six months after signing at the Stadium of Light from Bolton Wanderers last summer.
