Real Madrid are prepared to listen to offers for a whopping 16 players in the summer, including club captain Raul.
According to Sport, Florentino Perez and his team have already outlined their transfer plan for next season, in the likely event of his regaining power at Real Madrid. Iker Casillas, Sergio Ramos, Pepe, Lassana Diarra and Ruud Van Nistelrooy are the only indispensable players.
While Raul is not on that list, it does not mean that Real Madrid are intent on offloading him. They will, however, listen to any lucrative offers, with various Premiership clubs thought to be interested.
Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaka remain Perez's main objectives. His main dream would be to land Lionel Messi, but at the moment it does not appear to be a realistic possibility.
Finally, it has been learnt that Jorge Valdano would resume a key role at the club, while Zinedine Zidane would take up his preferred role as a coach of one of the youth teams.

haven't even win the election can talk so much cock.
Thats why haven't win then must talk lah, otherwise how to win votes? lol
I belief Kaka is attainable... He was already keen on City so why not Real. Ronaldo will all depend on Fergie, will he want to cash in? Or did they had a secret agreement? Messi, quite unlikely cos Barce won't allow it to happen...
if perez would just present this plan during his presidential bid, he would fail with epic fashion.
Err... He has used it before once and it work... Guess he is using the same tactics again this time around...
who would buy raul?
sam allardyce?

Going to Real may not need that much... Anyway, the amount City were reported to offer was $90m pounds, $100m Euros... The salary wise... I don't think they need to pay $250k per week... Kaka is reported to be on $145k at AC... He turn down City's $250 probably because AC is a much bigger club along with all the prestige... Something Real Madrid has and probably more too... City only has money as a pulling factor... Kaka is not exactly in retirement age yet, so going for medals could be more important... Maybe in 2 to 3 yrs time when he is 28, 29... Maybe money becomes more important... Signing that last big contract like Shevchenko, Ballack, Lampard and so many others seems more practical...

There is a slight difference to the last time he ran for office... In 2000, Real just won't the CL title, the team were good, he promised them Figo (Then the best player in the world) and that help his campaign...
I think its just a policy he is using to fight for the coming elections... Outlining his transfer plan if he win the election at Real Madrid this time...
It does not mean he wants to sell them all, it just mean he is prepare to listen to offers... Huge ones for some of them it must be to interest him... And those he may consider that are not very useful to the club with their performance this season... Being 10 points behind Barcelona is too much for any Real fan to take...
And having mentioned that players like Casillas, Ramos, Pepe, Diarra and RVN are the only indispensable players could mean he also know that he need to rise some funds as Real are reported to be over $200m in debts... To make those purchase...
Rual for sale....... This is nuts, the guy so loyal

Loyal or nuts but if a bigger nut is willing to offer $30m for a 30+ yrs old, who won't cash in?

Its not a matter if the player want or don't want... If the club want to sell, that means they don't need you there anymore so if you want to continue playing, then you move on or another option is you retire lor...
If 4 to 5 yrs ago someone came knocking and offer $25m for Giggs, I think maybe Fergie may sell also... But how many crazy fellow can you find is willing to offer that kind of money for that age player?
