Cesc Fabregas has labelled Arsenal ‘the ideal club’, but declared that he will think of leaving if Arsene Wenger moves on.
There has been speculation regarding the European champion’s future in recent months but the man himself has committed himself to The Gunners.
The Emirates Stadium side play an attacking football that can be compared to Barcelona’s exciting style, according to the Catalan midfielder.
Seeing the talented player return to his first club Barca in the future would not be a surprise, but the 21-year-old is apparently happy in North London.
But he has hinted that if Wenger was to leave Arsenal, he would emulate his mentor.
And Fabregas, who picked up a knee ligament injury during the Premier League clash with Liverpool, is dying to return to training in April.
Fabregas told Catalunya Radio: “If Wenger leaves, I will think of moving on.
"I’m happy at Arsenal because it’s the ideal club.
“If at the present time there’s a team in Europe that plays like Barca, it’s Arsenal.
“I prefer not speaking about my injury.
“I want to be back playing at the start of next month or in mid-April.”
