wow... big victories for bayern and liverpool
should've betted on a big win for bayern b4 tonights game but scared later kelong
2nd half of liverpool's game is pretty boring though... good cameo by spearing
Tonight's interesting part was every match cleared the TG Over handicap. Total goals scored tonight was an impressive 19 goals from 4 matches.
This is the 1st time I've seen Madrid's ass whooped so bad since the days of Ronaldinho at Barca winning 3-0.
Bayern didn't gave any chance even though the match was effectively over in the 1st league.
Chelsea came in time with Essien tapping in after a long lay off and Drogba finishing the job albeit having a goal disallowed earlier on.
Villareal ended the proceedings with the lowest scoring match of the day.
Good night people, it was an interesting match day today.
I bid my farewell to the Old Lady and the boys from Bernabeu, both who have rich history in the Champions League yet out so quickly.
I'm definitely looking forward to tomorrow's proceedings, I'm sure my glorious club will go thought tomorrow!
Since Liverpool can thrash Real, can we count on them to thrash Man U too? Ok, maybe not 4-0, I would be happy with 2-0. 3-0 even better.![]()
But then again, Champions League and Premier League different. Perhaps I should be happy with a 1-0 victory.![]()
Liverpool, by hook or by crook, must beat Man U! A draw would probably end their title hopes.. unless Man U decide to eat their own shit by the kilos.
Hi for others link

Juventus 2 - 2 Chelsea
http://lnwjing.com/premier/index.php?cid=114&tid=16
Bayern Munich 7 - 1 Sporting Lisbon
Quarter finals : Manchester, Barcelona, Liverpool, Chelsea, Bayern, Porto, Villarreal, Arsenal
Man utd 2 - 0 Inter
Roma 1 - 0 Arsenal
Porto 0 - 0 Ath Madrid
Barce 5 - 2 Lyon
For the english team, their quarter final draw can be dived into 3 types.
- easier opponents, travel far (villa, porto)
- hard opponents, travel far (bayern, barcelona)
- damn hard opponents, travel near (english teams)
draw prediction:
chelsea v arsenal
V
liverpool v porto
man u v bayern munich
V
barcelona v villareal
reasons: man u will probably face a strong but foreign side
liverpool usually will get the weakest team
2 of the english team will play each other.
nice game by man u. scored by vidic and ronaldo, both headers. wonderful game. :D think munich and liverpool will be the greatest threat. arsenal is really scrapping through.
Arsenal really lucky consider that fact that they are the one who missed the spot kick first.
I thought the Roma keeper was really lousy... Cos most of the Arsenal's penalties were not really difficult to save one only the joker always choose wrong side... lol
Had he just kept diving to his right all the time, he would have saved a few liao... Anyway, too bad lor... lol

If the aggregate score from both legs results in a draw, they will look at away goals.
For example, first leg was 0-0 and the second leg is 1-1. On aggregate, its 1-1(draw). But away team qualifies because of that one away goal.
If first leg 1-1, second leg 1-1. On aggregate 2-2(draw). Both teams scored an away goal each in both legs so the game moves on to extra time.
For Porto's case, the first leg was 2-2. They scored twice away from home.
So in the second leg, Atletico Madrid either had to draw higher than 2-2 to qualify, or win by any scoreline. It ended 0-0 so not enough.
Platini must be grinding his teeth, all the EPL teams qualified.![]()
