ADEBAYOR ... future hint.
Former Monaco forward Adebayor smashed 30 goals in 48 games last season but has hit just 12 so far this campaign. And although the 25-year-old insists he is happy with his decision to stay in north London, he has refused to rule out a switch away from the Emirates Stadium in the future.
Adebayor said: "I knew that Milan and Barcelona were interested in me but in the end I chose Arsenal. "Arsenal are a club that I want to repay with important victories for having allowed me to become one of the great players in world football.
"I find myself well here, even if, as I say in life, you can never know what will happen in the future."
bye
One of the greatest players in this world?
Hahahahahaha

The present African footballer of the year woh... Don't play, play...

bye bye ![]()
arsenal should sell him for a high price and then get a proper striker...
someone who can perform well like Torres..
haha... he is trying to save his own face, because he knows arsene wenger got the intention to sell him this summer. Because milan and barca are still interested in him, it is of the club's best interest to sell him away asap, to make as much profit as possible out of a so-so player.
Arsenal has been linked with many other strikers recently such as Nene, and Huntelaar. Therefore, it seems that wenger would not mind letting him go. Adebayor is simply not in the same form compared to last season. Arsene Wenger and all the Arsenal fans, would like to see the club tie down a deal for Robin Van Persie instead. Letting Adebayor go would free up some funds and it can be used to tie up new deals for players like Walcott and RvP.
Further more, Arsenal have quality strikers too. Apart from RvP, they do have Eduardo (did you see that goal), Arshavin (I am still not that match fix), Vela (I love chipping goal keepers), Walcott (Roma players, come clatter into my shoulder) and of course Bendtner (My only problem is my accuracy). Further more, Jay simpsons is coming back next season, together with Barazite.
Therefore in my humble opinion, I think Adebayor's time at arsenal is up. He position in the team is seriously under threat from Walcott, Eduardo, Arshavin and even Bendtner.
Goodbye Adebayor, You are only a one season wonder.
