The young defender has barely broken through into the first team with the Turkish giants and is already attracting interest from two of Europe's top clubs, according to his agent.
Yarar Ali Togutay has revealed to Calciomercato.com that Arsenal, who are looking for one or two defensive reinforcements, as well as Jose Mourinho's Inter, have expressed an interest in the player.
"Semih Kaya is the captain of the national under 17 team in Turkey," said the player's agent. "He is a central defender and very strong already with solid experience, despite his young age.
"Last month, Arsene Wenger invited him to a training camp at Arsenal and even Inter Milan has made contact with us." -
