Depends, because some might say that the GK didn't clear it properly or professionally enough.
i haf experienced this personally before as a goalie and this is surely one of the most disappointing things to happen next to your own defender scoring an own goal.
because GKs are not supposed to parry the ball straight forward.
if they want to parry, they have to put it round the goal for a corner.
that's why the top level GKs are trained to catch properly so that it doesn't spill.

Yeah GK has to either save it firmly or push the ball wide for a corner or safer zone. Pushing it directly in front of you is suicidal and best avoided if possible. Very good GK dont make that mistake very often.
