Mourinho is on course to guide Internazionale to the Serie A title in his first season in Italy, but still believes that life is easier in the English Premier League.
He told La Repubblica: "English football is like a paradise for coaches, who can look to the future without fearing criticism, without pressure.
"Meanwhile, in Italy they are much more obsessive.
"Arsene Wenger hasn't won a title for four years and he's still working, Rafael Benitez hasn't managed to win the Premier League in five years and his contract gets extended. In Italy that doesn't happen.
"Here it's just about results, results, results, there's too much drama.
"In England there's more thought about the future, because there is no pressure to win immediately - they buy young players, they build. It's nice."
