Liverpool winger Albert Riera's future at Anfield is in doubt.
The News of the World says Riera, 27, who signed from Espanyol last season for £8m, has been a good addition for the Reds - but unspectacular.
Liverpool could sell him back to La Liga for a similar fee to raise funds.
