Portsmouth striker Nwankwo Kanu says it's now-or-never for former club Arsenal in their bid to win the Champions League.
"There is pressure on Arsene to win it this time," said Kanu, an Arsenal player for five years until 2004. "I feel this is his best chance and he needs to use it. If he doesn’t, it is going to be difficult for him."
Arsene Wenger prefers to shrug off the theory that you must win in Europe to take your seat among the coaching greats but Kanu added: "Wenger will want to win it.
"He has won the Premier League and the FA Cup but the Champions League is the ultimate.
"You are playing against other countries, so if you win that, it is when you can say you are a great coach.
"He has won the ones here, so now he has to win the Champions League."
