It's up to his decision leh...Tevez wants to stay...I know Tevez is not a Manure player but SAF can prevent it happen by signing him up straight away. His performance for Manure is not that bad after all. He is just trying to negotiate a lower fee I suppose.

Hughes tight-lipped over Tevez talk
City have been mooted as possible contenders for his signature but while conceding his admiration for the player, Hughes stopped short of fuelling the speculation any further.
"He was a thorn in our side [on Sunday]," said Hughes. "I thought he played exceptionally well and he scored with an exceptional strike.
"I've read the reports about his situation but I don't want to comment on a United player."
