Chelsea winger Florent Malouda has backed Arsenal's youth policy.
Ahead of today's clash, Malouda told chelseafc.com: "I don't know when, it's really difficult because even with young players, what they have achieved this season is great, to be in the semi-finals of the Champions League. When I was at Lyon we never reached this stage and had some great players, so you have to appreciate that.
"These young players are growing and will get this experience, if their team stays the same, they can maybe reach the next step. Of course they will win no trophies this year but they have this experience and that is how you win trophies in the future, by using it.
"For us, we had this experience last year with the Final, this year is another bad one but it is an experience. We have to keep that and it will help us in the future."
