finally downing gets to join a big 4 club.
i feel he is one of the better english player not playing for the big four.
he has a lot of experience in the premiership too.
Is he better than Joe Cole? I doubt so...

hmmm dont think thats a fair comparison to make. boro definitely has the quality right from the beginning of the season but somehow or rather they are have been under performing. and if u watch boro's games you can see that downing is really one of the better players, in fact quite a consistent player for the past few seasons. i'm not sure for greening's case but looking at the few west brom matches i watched this season, greening is really an average player.
no disrespect to anyone out there just my two cents.
