  By Lin Xinyi FOOTBALL fans who are upset over pay-TV price hikes may soon find a sympathetic ear. The Media Development Authority (MDA) confirmed that it commissioned a study last year to look at pay-TV in Singapore. While it did not elaborate on what the study is specific to, The Straits Times understands that an area it is looking into is how to ensure that consumers should not be made to feel the pinch from competition in the pay-TV market.

  But is it too late to just look into now? We need instant rebates now!
