Inter boss Jose Mourinho is tracking Tottenham midfielder Luka Modric, according to Fifa agent Sabatino Durante.

After a difficult few months as he adapted to life in England, the
Croatia star, 23, has now rediscovered his form as Spurs move up the
table.
However, Durante claims that Mourinho is a long-term admirer of the
player and, while the agent rates Modric at €25 million (£22.27m), he
believes Inter could be set to make an approach.
Asked if Mourinho was a fan of the player, Durante told FCInterNews: "Of course.
“He was tracking the player even while he was at Chelsea.
“Inter are looking for a player who can give them more quality in the midfield and help improve their movement.
“Modric can play behind the strikers – in [Dejan] Stankovic’s
position, for example – but he could also play in central midfield."
Durante says he is unsure whether there has been any contact between
the clubs about Modric, but he revealed they have a ‘very good’
relationship.
Harry Redknapp travelled to Milan in January amid talk of moves
involving Adriano, Ricardo Quaresma and Jermaine Jenas and, with Spurs
believed to retain an interest in Marco Materazzi, Sulley Muntari and
Mario Balotelli, the agent believes a deal could be struck.
"The British club showed interest in some Nerazzurri players,” he said.
“The two clubs are in contact and talking with each other, even at management level.”
