Arsene Wenger has confirmed that Armand Traore will return to Arsenal next season but the long-term future of Philippe Senderos is far less certain.

The two defenders head an extensive list of players who have been allowed to leave Emirates Stadium on loan this season, with Traore spending the campaign at Portsmouth and Senderos linking up with Milan.
France Under-21 international Traore featured prominently for Pompey at the start of the season but, having failed to win over new manager Paul Hart, will return to the Emirates Stadium fold where he will now have to compete with Kieran Gibbs as well as Gael Clichy.
Senderos, meanwhile, has made 13 Serie A appearances for Milan this season and with a clause in place to take him to the San Siro on a permanent basis, Arsenal are now awaiting news from Carlo Ancelotti’s side.
"Senderos is in the hands of Milan because they can decide to pay the amount of transfer and keep him,” said Wenger.
“But Armand will come back."
senderos is better than silvestre.

arsenal centre back are pathetic. toure, gallas, djourou, silvestre all not enough to challenge for highball and big figure like drogba.
